1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and jlbcg ("jlbcg," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates the online gaming platform accessible at jlbcg.cam. 3. Account Registration

To access real-money games on jlbcg, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. 3.1 Single Account Policy

5. Deposits

All jlbcg accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). jlbcg accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank Online, subject to availability. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and may be adjusted from time to time at jlbcg's discretion.

5.1 Deposit Processing

Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the financial institution's processing schedule. jlbcg is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.2 Deposit Restrictions

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. jlbcg reserves the right to reverse deposits and suspend accounts where third-party funding is identified. All deposited funds must originate from lawful sources.

5.3 Minimum Deposit

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from jlbcg are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to comply with PAGCOR's financial controls framework.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits as detailed per promotion.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed. A wagering requirement of, for example, 25x on a ₱500 bonus means you must wager a total of ₱12,500 using bonus or real funds before the resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal. 7.2 Bonus Abuse

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited. jlbcg is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses.

8. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the jlbcg platform are operated by licensed third-party game providers — including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and others — whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently certified by internationally recognized testing laboratories. 12. Intellectual Property

No part of the jlbcg platform may be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or commercially exploited without jlbcg's prior written consent.

Game content displayed on jlbcg is the intellectual property of the respective game provider and is used under license. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the jlbcg platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, jlbcg's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — regardless of the nature of the claim — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

jlbcg expressly excludes liability for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; or any losses arising from events outside jlbcg's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, third-party payment processor failures, power outages, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions affecting platform access.

jlbcg does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and may suspend services temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or regulatory compliance without prior notice. jlbcg will endeavor to minimize disruption and communicate maintenance windows where reasonably practicable.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

jlbcg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity involving the jlbcg account.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder or a PAGCOR responsible gaming body.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jlbcg will hold any balance in the account during the review period. If the suspension results in permanent termination and no wrongdoing is found, jlbcg will return the verified balance to the player's registered payment method, less any bonuses not yet cleared.

15. Amendments to These Terms

jlbcg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.

Continued use of the jlbcg platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using jlbcg and may request account closure and withdrawal of any eligible balance prior to the effective date.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160 as amended), and PAGCOR's regulatory guidelines.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the jlbcg platform that cannot be resolved through jlbcg's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on improper venue or inconvenient forum.
